We agree with you the level of service we are to offer. We then receive from you the information needed to maintain the accounts on a regular basis via fax, email, post, personal collection or delivery or any other means. Your accounting needs will then be fully dealt with, and you will be appraised monthly, on all normal accounting issues, by post (along with an optional CD covering the various reports). Any more pressing issues and we will contact you sooner.
We can also offer on site bookkeeping service at an additional cost if desired.
Effectively, it's like having your own accounts department without all the expense that goes with it.
